The return policy we offer on the clothing purchased from our website is as follows; we are happy to offer size exchanges, color exchanges or design exchanges on any item you receive that does not fit correctly, but you will have to pay for return shipping to us and then the cost of shipping the new item out to you. This is because we have not made a mistake, and to keep our shipping prices low we do not incorporate return shipments. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order though and you must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period no exchanges or returns can be accepted.
Unfortunately with the limited numbers of items we make, the item you purchased might already be sold out in the size you purchased or want to exchange for and so we are at this time unable to do an exchange for your piece.
In regards to refunds, we are unable to offer refunds on any order completed with you, unless we do not have stock of the item you are purchasing and you do not want to exchange for a different size or colorway of the piece. This is because a lot of the time, we might have already used your payment as an investment into a new endeavor and so cannot return you the money.
If WE have made a mistake in shipping an item to you in the wrong colorway, design or size, we sincerely apologize for this mistake. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to pay for you to return this item to us so you would have to pay for this charge, but we will pay for the shipping back to you domestically in the USA (at this time all international returns/exchanges must be paid both ways by the customer). Otherwise if you decide you are okay with this item we will be able to give you a 10% discount return, giving you 10% back from the payment you made for the item you received that was incorrect.
All Sales of Discount Sale Priced Items are final, being non-returnable, refundable or exchangable. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
